Flyers

The weekly edition of The Osoyoos Times typically contains one or more Flyer Inserts. This service provides a cost-effective way to deliver printed material to potential customers. Based on our existing Subscriber and Newstand sales, The Times can deliver flyers directly into the homes of our readers. Flyers must be of a size that will fit within the fold of the tabloid-sized newspaper, and must be no more than 35 grams in weight. Flyers are most often provided by the clients and are charged on a per-piece basis (averaging 7 cents per flyer) which competes very favourably with bulk mail rates.

Commercial Printing

The Osoyoos Times Ltd. continues to provide a wide range of commercial printing services. Using both on-site and off-site sources, we produce printed material ranging from business cards, to carbonless business forms, to business envelopes, to brochures and posters. The Osoyoos Times Ltd. has a long history of working with 3rd party publishers to lend our expertise to producing professional magazines and newsletters. Periodical publications require a team of trained tradespeople to successfully complete a finished product. The Times can co-ordinate the required components to see your project through from initial concept to finished publication. Newspaper or magazine formats have varying requirements, and knowing in advance how to maximize these can often provide great cost savings.

Cross-Media Advertising

With more than sixty years in print, The Osoyoos Times is recognized as the official gazette of the Osoyoos area. The newspaper fully qualifies for the requirements of most legal notices. These include Notices of Meetings including Annual General Meetings; Land Act notifications; Notices to Creditors, Name Changes, Tender Notices and Bylaw Amendments. In cases where official proof of publication is required, The Osoyoos Times is most often the first and only choice.

Newspaper Subscriptions

Yearly and half-yearly subscriptions are available to The Osoyoos Times weekly newspaper. Delivery is provided through Canada Post to addresses in British Columbia as well as Canada and the United States. Our weekly publication is delivered to the Osoyoos Post Office on Wednesday afternoons and is distributed from there.
